Tulum is located in a special place along the Caribbean ocean, which however at certain times of the year can get very hot. So, we recommend being prepared for the weather and try to buy sunscreen and mosquito repellent beforehand, since buying them in the archeological zone is very expensive. Another good idea is to bring enough bottled water to make the heat more bearable. Check the information we have provided and remember that the Customer service department is always there to serve you
You can pay with almost any form, credit card, cash, PayPal. You choose the means, and the form and send us proof of payment to secure your reservation. In most cases it is only necessary to put down a small deposit in order to guarantee the reservation and the rest of the money can be paid at the time of the tour.

1.- How long does the Tulum Express tour last?
Depending on the location of your hotel if it is in Playa del Carmen , will depend on the duration of the tour. The tour will last approximately 5-6 hours visiting the archeological zone of Tulum Mexico

Unfortunately no, there are hardly any garbage bins, as they do not want anything brought in that would create garbage in the area. It is not permitted to bring food into Tulum

1.- How can I reserve?
Send us an email, call, or WhatsApp to the numbers listed on this page. Indicate what day, the number of adults, and children. We will tell you if we have spots available, and pay a deposit to guarantee your reservation. The rest of the money can be paid when your group is picked up. You also have the option to pay for the tour completely ahead of time so that there is nothing left to do on the day of your excursion.
2.- If I buy my purchase online how do I obtain my tickets?
As soon as the deposit has been charged we will send you an email with all of the information including meeting place, times, photos of the guides, etc. This email is your ticket, your reservation number will be located there and that is all we need to identify your group
3.- Is it necessary to reserve for a specific date?
Yes, especially during the holidays we tend to be full on all of our tours. It is advisable to reserve for a specific day to guarantee your spot on the transportation.
4.- I do not have a credit card, how can I reserve it?
You can make a deposit directly to our bank account, you can also pay by debit card, or PayPal. You also have the option to pay at the time of the tour (restrictions apply)
5.- I'm not really confident, and have had bad experiences before, can I pay for the tour at the time of the tour?
Yes, we are very flexible with the payment. However, we do ask that you guarantee your date with our online advisors so that we do not fill unnecessary spots, so restrictions do apply but we do have this option. Send us an email for more information.
6.- What hours are Customer service agents available?
We work all day, but the times that there is someone in the office is Monday to Friday 7:00am- 10:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 7:00am -9:00pm.

Without problem, the only thing we ask, if possible please give us at least 12 hours notice, so that we can give those spaces to others.
10.- Can I pay with someone else's credit card?
Yes, as long as the owner of the credit card is in agreement of the purchase
11.- I can’t print my coupon, what can I do?
If you have lost the number contact us for a new confirmation number. But, as long as you have the number available that is all we need, along with the name included on the reservation. Our operations have a list of names and confirmation numbers.
12.- When can I cancel?
You can cancel at any moment, we just ask that you give us a 12 hour advance notice. If you do not present the day of the excursion there will be NO refund for a no show (each case is different and can be analyzed to determine if there are any exceptions).
