We will always try to pick you up from the comfort of your hotel lobby, as long as the hotel is within our pre-established routes and of course the hotel will let us enter
So in 90% of cases it is almost certain that we can pick you up
If you are in an AIRBNB or family house, it is necessary to establish a meeting place since unfortunately we do not have that service, since we cannot modify the pre-established routes and we already have commitments with other clients to pick them up
When purchasing this excursion we try to include everything that you need to spend an incredible day. We want to be very detailed about everything that is included as well as things that are not included, as a way to show you that you are buying from a professional company. We have put together a list of things that yoy may need during this excursion, so things we feel are more necessary than others, but take a look at the list and bring what you feel you may need to enjoy the day with us.
We have all forms of payment available, but if you are not comfortable paying ahead of time you can pay in cash the day of the excursion. Once you board the bus the guides will request payment.
We only ask that if you decide not to take the tour the day you were scheduled that you let us know, so that we can add other people that may be waiting
Once the deposit is made, your reservation will be complete, we will send you all of the necessary information. Your pickup location, phone numbers, photos of the guides, etc. and we will be here in case you need any assistance.
1.- How long is the tour to Tulum, Coba, and Cenote?
This will depend on the location of your hotel if it is in Riviera Maya or Playa del Carmen but normally this tour takes between 10-11 hours. You will visit 3 fantastic places Tulum, Coba and the cenote.

With us there are no tricks included. We are the direct provider, so that leaves out any sales person working for commission. 4.- Is food included? What kind of food?
Yes. there is a meal included in a designated location. The food is typical Mexican food for the region. It is important to note that the drinks at the meal are not included and must be purchased by you.
5.- Are drinks included?
No. Drinks are not included on this tour, but you may bring your own drinks. However, in the restaurant you are not permitted to enter with drinks. Also, in the archeological zones you are only allowed to bring in water.
6.- Can we go swimming during the tour to Tulum,Coba and cenote?
Yes, you will have free time that you can use to go swimming at the cenote.
7.- Can I bring food for my baby?
Yes, we understand that babies eat different foods and on different schedules. You will be permitted to bring food for them into the restaurant. In the archeological zone you will need permission from the custodians there before bringing in anything other than water.
8.- Can we bring food into the archeological area?
Unfortunately no, there are hardly any garbage bins, as they do not want anything brought in that would create garbage in the area. It is not permitted to bring food into Tulum or Coba.
9.- How much time will we spend in each location?
The time are approximate and depend on many factors however, we can give you appropriate times based on previous experience
1.- How can I reserve?
Send us an email, call, or WhatsApp to the numbers listed on this page. Indicate what day, the number of adults, and children. We will tell you if we have spots available,and pay a deposit to guarantee your reservation. The rest of the money can be paid when your group is picked up. You also have the option to pay for the tour completely ahead of time so that there is nothing left to do on the day of your excursion.
2.- If I buy online how do I obtain my tickets?
As soon as the deposit has been charged we will send you an email with all of the information including meeting place, times, photos of the guides,etc. This email is your ticket, your reservation number will be located there and that is all we need to identify your group.
3.- Should I reserve for a specific date?
Yes, especially during the holidays we tend to be full on all of our tours. It is advisable to reserve for a specific day to guarantee your spot on the transportation.
4.- I don't have a credit card, how can I reserve it?
You can make a deposit directly to our bank account, you can also pay by debit card, or PayPal. You also have the option to pay at the time of the tour (restrictions apply)
5.- I'm not really confident, and have had bad experiences before, can I pay for the tour at the time of the tour?
Yes, we are very flexible with the payment. However, we do ask that you guarantee your date with our online advisors so that we do not fill unnecessary spots, so restrictions do apply but we do have this option. Send us an email for more information.
6.- What time are customer service operators available?
We work all day, but the times that there is someone in the office is Monday to Friday 7:00am- 10:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 7:00am -9:00pm.
7.- Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, without problem as long as both parties are in agreement just let us know.
8.- How do I call from out of the country?

9.- If we have a reservation for a specific day and something out of our control happens are we able to change the day?
Without problem, the only thing we ask, if possible please give us at least 12 hours notice, so that we can give those spaces to others.
10.- Can I pay with a credit card that’s not in my name?
No. Unfortunately that's not posible
11.- I can't print my ticket, what can I do?
If you have lost the number contact us for a new confirmation number. But, as long as you have the number available that is all we need, along with the name included on the reservation. Our operations have a list of names and confirmation numbers.
12.- When can I cancel?
You can cancel at any moment, we just ask that you give us a 12 hour advance notice. If you do not present the day of the excursion there will be NO refund for a no show (each case is different and can be analyzed to determine if there are any exceptions).
13.- How can I contact you?
We have all measures available for you to contact us. You can contact us by phone, send a text message, WhatsApp or email. You can locate us in person at our office in Playa del Carmen.

15.- What are your cancellation and refund policies?
As lon as you notify us of any changes or cancellations in advance, no charges will apply. We also have a bad weather policy, if it is raining really hard and you determine that it will be like this all day, you can cancel with 100% refund. There is no other company that offers you all of these flexible options

From Playa del Carmen the prices are
for adults and children over 9 years old is $70 usd per person, for children 3-9 years old $65 usd, and for under 3 years old is free however, they will not be assigned a seat on the bus and must travel on your lap.

Yes, everyone has the same prices and discounts available. You can pay with pesos, dollars or euros. The exchange rate for the day will apply to the cost of the excursion

7.- Can I pay with dollars or euros?
Yes. yes we will just apply the exchange rate for the day. If it is another type of currency please contact us to see if we accept the specific currency

Yes, without problem as this the most common form of payment. please be aware there is a 5% bank fee when paying by credit card.
9.- Can I show my confirmation number by using my cell phone or tablet?
Yes, we have updated lists daily with names and confirmation numbers. We only need your confirmation number and name

Yes, comfortable transportation is included. Depending on the number of people we have reserved for the day will determine if you will travel by van or bus. All vehicles have air conditioning and professional drivers

In the comfort of your hotel as long as we know the address and it is on our predetermined route. There is no pickup in popular areas, only hotels or hostels. If you would like more information check this link
3.- How can you guarantee me that you will pick me up?
We have a reputation to withhold and nowadays with social networks it is very easy to get a bad reputation, we take great care of our image and we will never sell you something that we are not sure that we can fulfill. In addition, we offer you the option to pay the day of your tour, we have no problems in regards to this (restrictions may apply). 4.- How long will you wait when picking me up?
5 minutes, remember that there are more people that we have to pick up, so out of respect for others we ask that you be ready at the scheduled time.
The itinerary that you put in place is subject to change without prior notice these reasons may be for logistics or security reasons. We will be sure to preserve the quality of the excursion, and all decisions will be made by our guides, and supported by the operators in the office.
